Pearly Penile Papules - Small White Spots That Can Cause Embarrassment

Pearly penile papules are small white raised spots commonly seen on the penile head in adult men, blacks especially, and those that have been circumcised. These are innocent lesions but the issue with them is that they can often be mistaken for sexually transmitted conditions like genital warts.
