Holiday Woes

The holidays are fast approaching and with it the perennial problem of where to spend it – with his family, or hers? Surely there are some reservations; be it his creepy uncle who doesn’t come out of his room and interacts with the family with surveillance cameras, or her loud and tactless sister who points out to the whole family that you have a spot of marinara on your shirt, but the best way to celebrate the holidays in peace is to compromise. You can visit one family on Christmas Eve and the other on Christmas morning, or alternate years and visits. It only takes a little communication and a little consideration on both parts to have a memorable holiday with everyone.
